Spin Rules & Regulations
1. No cell phones in Spin Room
2. Same day reservations may be made between the hours of 7:00am & 5:00pm.
(Reservations are made to ensure a place in class, not a specific bike)
3. Call-in Reservations must be cancelled at least one hour prior to the beginning of class to avoid being charged.
4. The door of the Spin Room will be locked up until 10 minutes before the beginning of class.
5. Once inside the Spin Room all individual bike reservations are on a first-come first-served basis.
6. For safety reasons, no one will be allowed in a spin class after the first 10 minutes.
7. All extra clothing & accessories must be stored in cubby holes or in the locker room.
