Spinning
The
spinning classes at SpinCity are a 45 minute cardiovascular program
taught to accomodate any fitness level. Each spinning class is motivating
and set to energetic music. SpinCity is dedicated to ensuring the
safety and comfort of each of it's spinning participants. Our certified
spinning instructors take the time to adjust each person to the
specific measurements required for their individual spin bike.
Spinning
